These terms apply to all users of the service, including parents, guardians, and anyone who uploads content or makes purchases through our platform.

2. Service Description

Little Worlds is an AI-powered service that transforms children's drawings into unified, magical landscape images. Here's how it works:

You upload 2-6 drawings created by your child
Our AI combines them into a single cohesive landscape
You can preview the result for free
You can purchase high-resolution downloads and physical prints

3. User Accounts

To use Little Worlds, you'll need to create an account. You're responsible for:

Providing accurate information when signing up
Keeping your login credentials secure
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Our service is designed for adults to use on behalf of children.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Little Worlds, you agree to:

Only upload drawings that you have the right to use (typically your child's artwork)
Not upload any offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
Not use the service for any illegal purpose
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
Not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate our policies.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of the original drawings you upload. You also own the generated world images created from your drawings. We don't claim any ownership over your content.

Our Use of Your Content

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the service. We may also use anonymized examples of generated worlds for marketing purposes (such as showing before/after examples on our website), but only with your consent. You can opt out of this at any time by contacting us.

Our Service

Little Worlds, including our AI technology, website design, logos, and other branding elements, are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance. When you make a purchase, you're technically buying from Paddle, who then licenses the product to you.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally cannot offer refunds once you've downloaded the high-resolution image. However, we want you to be happy! If you're not satisfied with your result, we offer one free regeneration per world. See our Refund Policy for more details.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. We reserve the right to change our pricing, but any price changes won't affect purchases you've already made.

7. Limitation of Liability

Little Worlds is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to provide a great service, we can't guarantee:

That the service will always be available or error-free
Specific results or output quality (AI results may vary)
That generated images will meet your expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may also terminate or suspend your account if:

You violate these Terms of Service
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
We're required to do so by law
We decide to discontinue the service (we'll give you reasonable notice)

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but you retain ownership of any images you've already downloaded.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the service. Your continued use of Little Worlds after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when we last made changes.
