We want you to love your Little Worlds creation! Here's everything you need to know about refunds. We've kept it simple and fair.
Digital Downloads
Important: Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once you've downloaded the high-resolution image. Once downloaded, the file is yours forever.
This is why we offer a free preview before you purchase! You can see exactly what your generated world looks like before committing to buy.
Not Happy With the Result?
We understand that AI results can vary, and sometimes the generated world might not be exactly what you envisioned. Here's what we offer:
One Free Regeneration
Every world includes one free regeneration attempt. If you're not satisfied with the first result, you can try again at no extra cost. The AI will create a new, different interpretation using the same drawings.
To use your free regeneration, simply go to your world and click the "Try Again" button. You can then choose which version you prefer.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems, we'll make it right:
Generation Failed
If our system fails to generate your world, we'll offer a full refund or free retry.
Corrupted Download
If your downloaded image is corrupted or incomplete, we'll provide a new download link or full refund.
Payment Error
If you were charged but didn't receive access, we'll fix it immediately or refund you.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a technical issue:
- Email us at hello@littleworlds.ai
- Include your account email and order number
- Describe the issue you experienced
- We'll respond within 24-48 hours
Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment provider) and typically take:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other methods: Varies by provider, typically within 10 business days
We'll send you an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Physical Products
If you purchased a physical product (poster, canvas print, etc.):
- Damaged in shipping: Contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement
- Print quality issues: We'll review and offer a replacement or refund
- Wrong item: We'll send the correct item at no additional cost
Note: We cannot accept returns for physical products simply because you changed your mind, as each item is printed on-demand just for you.
