Payment processing and tax compliance. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record.

AI Processing

We use AI services to generate your worlds. Your images are processed securely and not retained by these services.

Each of these partners has their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We only work with partners who meet our privacy and security standards.

5. Children's Privacy

Important: Little Worlds is a service for adults (parents and guardians) to use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

While our service involves children's artwork, all account creation and data submission must be done by an adult. The drawings you upload are owned by you and are not considered personal information of your child.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & Beyond)

Regardless of where you live, we respect your data rights. You have the right to:
